\f2target\fP defines the target texture,
either \%\f3GL_TEXTURE_1D\fP, \%\f3GL_TEXTURE_2D\fP, or \%\f3GL_TEXTURE_3D\fP
to specify one-, two-, or three-dimensional texturing.
