(xmalloc): Use malloc_hook.
(xcalloc): Use calloc_hook.
(xrealloc): Use realloc_hook.
(xfree): Use free_hook.

Use _AC_LANG_COMPILER_GNU and $ac_compiler_gnu instead of

get the object file extension. Use AC_PROG_CC_G instead of
_AC_PROG_CC_G.

* config.in: Regenerate.
* configure.in: Revert to LIB_AC_PROG_CC from AC_PROG_CC (to match
FSF sources). Revert to AC_PROG_CC_WORKS. Remove --with-mmalloc
support.
* objalloc.c: Revert to FSF sources (remove malloc/xmalloc diffs).
* vasprintf.c: Revert to FSF sources (remove va_ptr hackage for win32).
