The file
.Pa /etc/fstab
is consulted for user-defined mount points, indexed by filesystem,
in the mount point determination for a filesystem.
Each filesystem can be identified by its UUID or by its label,
using the constructs ``UUID'' or ``LABEL'', respectively.
