HeaderDoc includes two scripts, headerDoc2HTML.pl,
which generates documentation for each header it encounters, and gatherHeaderDoc.pl,
which finds these islands of documentation and assembles a master
table of contents linking them together.
This chapter describes headerDoc2HTML.pl.
